At Skylar Fragrance by Leah Kateb, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly capture your essence, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit, ensuring the cap is securely fastened.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
